Gilles Deleuze, M.Sc.
Gilles Deleuze is an expert in risk analysis and system safety, with a particular focus on the energy sector. With over three decades of experience at EDF and Thales, where he held senior positions, Gilles played a key role in developing innovative methodologies for assessing and managing risks, particularly in the aerospace and energy domains.

Since 2024, Gilles has joined Exaion, an EDF spin-off specializing in high-performance computing and Web3 technologies, as Director of Research and Partnerships. This new challenge allows him to leverage his expertise in risk and safety to support the energy transition and the emergence of new technologies.
Previously, Gilles held a mission head position within EDF’s IT Department, where he served as an Innovation Mission Officer, giving him a comprehensive view of digital challenges and enabling him to establish connections at the highest levels of the company.

Gilles’ skills cover a wide range, ranging from risk analysis and system safety to blockchain and high-performance computing. He also masters advanced statistical and simulation tools, as well as project management methodologies.
